I scheduled a 10:30 am appointment at the Peachtree Corners location, but my vitals weren’t taken until 11:25 am. By 12:10 pm, when I asked the receptionist for an update, I was told to “give it another 15 minutes” because there were “lots of physicals scheduled today.” That explanation only underscored the real issue: the office knowingly overbooked to the point that patient experience suffered. I had blood work done at this place over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my reports. I have been calling customer care repeatedly for the past month. Every time, someone picks up and claims they will transfer me to the concerned department, but no one ever answers and the call gets disconnected. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Very unprofessional service and not even bothered to resolve the issue!!!!
They sent me a bill with statement date of 09/29/2025 that I paid in full on 10/30/2025 and then I get contacted by Collection Agency in November that they had turned my account over to collection on 10/14/2025. Turn over the account for collection inside two weeks, who does that? I have been trying to contact their billing second week in a row.
