I recently visited Georgia Clinic in Norcross and was very disappointed with the front desk staff. They were rude and unprofessional, speaking only to each other instead of addressing patients properly. This left me extremely dissatisfied with the service.
Dr. Patel is great, all stars for him. But the staff is the worst, rude and unprofessional. Feels like they don’t want to work. Every time I called my call is being hold for more than 30 mins. They don’t know anything about gratitude - they’ll just hang up the call even if I am speaking. So frustrated with the staff!
Not happy with this clinic. Waiting for 21/2 hrs to be seen. Staff not cordinated, unprofessional attitude.
