I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ozlem Pala. After years of dealing with ongoing health issues that left other doctors stumped, she was the first one to truly listen, dig deeper, and finally give me the answers I had been searching for. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge an exceptional nurse at Dr Parikh’s, Ga Clinic, Norcross office. Y Lee is such an asset to this office. She is very professional, thorough and doesn't miss anything. If you ever have any questions, concerns or needs, she is more than happy to help. They need to clone her. If she were my employee, I would make sure she would never leave, this nurse deserves a raise. She is one of a kind.
The lady Victoria in the front desk is absolutely horrible first of all she has no respect for patients
This practice has put a really sour taste in my mouth. They will place you on hold for a while and then hang up the call at first. I thought it was by mistake, but by the Fourth attempt, I believe it is intentional. I came in last Tuesday to run test on my heart. The staff was pleasant for the most part while I was there. The only individual that was extremely rude during my visit was the lady at the front desk that wears a hijab. I believe her name was Sadia (The spelling may be incorrect) .
I came to the Georgia Clinic at Norcross again today. Dr. Varner is very nice, but the two ladies at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They spoke to us in a very loud and disrespectful manner. I had commented on this issue during my last visit as well, and unfortunately, the same behavior continues. They really need to work on their professionalism and communication with patients.
