Nice folks but horrible service. Last week a hour appointment t turned into 3hrs. Today already it is 30 min from.my appointment time and still not in. Once this is done I will be switching doctors. I have no patience for doctor offices that think our time is not valuable or we can just wait for them. Wish I could say this was uncommon
Very unprofessional billing department. Those told me you have just one bill again those send another bill, how can the same service send two bills even on line it show one bill I can't understand. But the Dr are very professional.
Very unprofessional, money hungry business. People at the front are extremely rude. Paid for tests and still haven’t received my results after calling 5x and they saying I would get it by a certain day (last Monday). Do not waste your time ! There is other places out here, that actually care about you health and won’t steal your money. If I could rate it no stars I would !
Very unprofessional. They spelled my name wrong so they weren’t able to bill my insurance. I corrected my name and provided them my insurance information to bill the claim again for my appointment. They refused I had to call my insurance and they only provided my insurance with certain codes and the rest they keep trying to bill to me. I requested an itemized receipt twice and I still have not received it. They are over charging patients this is why they do not want to provide an itemized receipt. Terrible customer service
