I have done hundreds of live stream/ virtual classes . I had a bit of connection problem with the mindbody app, but other than that , excellent online teaching . GA chrome Instructors would Focus and give attentive time to each Live student , including the online ones. Their style was very unique by addressIng and introducing each of us by name , encouraging everyone to cheer for each other’s performance and giving doable but fun tricks / dance. Great vibe and will definitely stop by if I’m ever in the area.
I have been a member and almost a year, and not only is this the very best workout I've ever had in my whole life, but the most fun as well. The feeling of community and family with the instructors and other students is unparalleled. I can honestly and happily call all of them my friends, and look forward to seeing them every time I go...which is often.
