Despite the very busy crowds today, the employees were smiling and helpful. They were more than happy to let myself and family try multiple flavors. I had Red Velvet for the first time and it was great! The storefront is always clean and organized too.
They have spumoni! What a cool place! Staff was very friendly and attentive. We will return!
Walked in for a scoop of ice cream and asked for a waffle cone and the girl working didn’t say a word, didn’t smile, and just shook her head back and forth when I asked for a waffle cone. Then after about 10 seconds of her staring at me plainly and not speaking she rudely said “um we ran out of a lot today so no we don’t have waffle cones”. I then said I’m good and walked out. Just extremely rude will not be going back.
I've been craving fudge for a week and this place has incredible variety and chocolate that is made in house. So delicious! Staff was friendly and knew her chocolates.
