Fast response. I purchased a new whole house vacuum. We found the company thru Beam's website for authorized dealers. We called and left a message and got a prompt response. Dan arrived as promised and installed the unit for us. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who obviously knew what he was doing. He was neat and clean, and didn't leave a mess behind. Dropped off a central vac hose to be repaired got the hose back and it has a slit cut in it
Needed warranty work done, was told by mfg to have work done at this location.... they’ve moved without updating address, always giving false excuses as to why repair wasn’t completed, won’t answer or return calls - when I finally located them, they’re just setting behind counter watching paint dry or something....
Georgia Central Vac did a great job of installing our system. It's obvious that Vince has a lot of experience, and he works hard at getting things just right. I would definitely recommend Georgia Central Vac!
