This was our first visit to the practice and we could not have been any happier. The office is well run, on time and very professional. Dr Ficek gave me a great exam and was very thorough. Happy to have found this practice.
My husband had an appt at 9:30am as a new patient. He said that the place was very nice and the staff was nice, however we were not advised there would be a $75 fitting fee for his contacts. It would have been nice to know and prepare for that before our visit. We have insurance and he was just having a routine exam so was only expecting to pay a $10 copay. I do not like nor appreciate hidden fees at all.
