Unorganized and rude! They send you a text after initial appointment, to ask if you have any questions before you set a date for a procedure, then when you ask, they tell you to make another appointment to get the answer. Big red flag!!!!!!!
I went for a breast reduction consultation in February and had an appointment for surgery April 29th. The entire process was effortless. The staff is incredibly professional, personable and caring. Surgery day - I was extremely anxious and Babbs, my nurse along with the anesthesiologist were incredibly comforting. Any concerns I had, they answered and reassured me I was safe. I’m very happy I chose Dr Groves for my breast reduction and lift.
Dr Groves and his staff have always made me feel so comfortable and at ease with each visit and procedure. I 10/10 recommend him (and staff) to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon that knows what he is doing, and does so very well.
My daughter had her surgery and Dr. Groove and his wonderful team was amazing with her every step of the way. Even her after care was amazing. Her breast look amazing and she is healing well. They definitely respond timely when you’re at home for any issues or questions. I love this team and they are highly recommended! Rhondalynn T
Dr. Groves and his staff are amazing! I had a brachioplasty done in December 2024 and my results were life changing for me. I am scheduled for another skin removal surgery in May.
