My teenage son had his wisdom teeth removed. The following week he was still experiencing pain and swelling from something sharp rubbing against his tongue. When I called the office Monday morning I was told that the doctor was not in and would not be there for two days. That evening his pain increased and his gums were swollen and red. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF not to mention lazy! Called over and over about my Prior authorization (which she didn't need from my insurance) and it was never submitted! Insurance verifier is awful never available and has no clue what she's doing. Front desk staff are just as dingy as a bean in a can. NO HELP. Unfortunately the wonderful Dr is handicapped by his staff never go here.
