My wife has been going to them for the longest and she called me from the office screaming while I was parking about how they were not going to see her after their office rescheduled her appointment twice. She said the office manager Ms. Brantley was very rude about a copay and refused to let her see the doctor. We informed our insurance and she continued to get loud with us. Don’t waste your time at this facility. It’s been almost 2.5 months and they refuse to give me my test results. They also scheduled for me to have a CT for a blocked carotid artery. I found out today that they never sent in the paperwork to my insurance company to have it authorized. I am picking up all of my medical records from here and going to Macon to a 5* cardiologist. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF THE OFFICE MANAGER... Overall score is 0 but did not have that option on the survey Let me tell you..... The manager nasty rude and pathetic!!
