The lady at front desk check in is very rude, won’t listen what I was saying and interrupted me all the time. The other lady came up and tried to help me.
My mom was treated by Dr Ninan. She was very cold didn’t ever check up on her patient didn’t care about side effects pushed chemo no matter what, even after a near death experience. Mom passed anyway but I do believe she suffered intense side effects from chemo making her last days extremely harsh. If I could do it over I wouldn’t step foot in this office.
I have had nothing but excellent care from Dr.Fernando and the entire associates and support staff at this facility. If you use the portal you receive quick response . Phoning can be a little frustrating because they are very busy but either way you will receive excellent care . I moved and am much farther away from the facility at the 1505 Building but chose to continue with this practice because they are excellent .
I have had the pleasure of being a patient of this facility for many months now since I first had an unexplained internal bleed that landed me in Northside Hospital , Forsyth . I was admitted on a Friday in July of 2023. The next morning Dr. Fernando visited my room and fully explained what happened and said “ don’t worry, we have this”. And was he ever right.
