I have had nothing but excellent care from Dr.Fernando and the entire associates and support staff at this facility. If you use the portal you receive quick response . Phoning can be a little frustrating because they are very busy but either way you will receive excellent care . I moved and am much farther away from the facility at the 1505 Building but chose to continue with this practice because they are excellent .

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of this facility for many months now since I first had an unexplained internal bleed that landed me in Northside Hospital , Forsyth . I was admitted on a Friday in July of 2023. The next morning Dr. Fernando visited my room and fully explained what happened and said “ don’t worry, we have this”. And was he ever right. I really liked my doctor, Dr. Leguizamo, but administratively the office is a disaster. The patient portal is devoid of information, most of my visits are not even logged and are missing results. You can't get a call back from the admin side (med side you can) - I recently tried to schedule an appointment and the scheduler told me the practice "should fire me" because of a couple of times I've had to reschedule over four years due to work conflicts?
