This review is for RN Linda. She is phenomenal!!! Caring, compassionate, good conversationalist while receiving infusion. Patient care is in the details and she goes above and beyond!
A great doc. Could have spent more time explaining what all the tests he ordered were for.
The Doctors are frantic, but the office staff is horrible. I hate calling and dealing with them, I hate checking out. Every one outside of my Doctor and his nurse makes this visit a nightmare. I have a friend who’s had a horrible experience with this doctor. This lady friend of mine asked Dr. Franco if certain home medications interacted with her new medications and his exact response was “What does it matter at this point?” This is all related to bone marrow cancer. There are so many other examples but I do not feel like writing them all. This doctor may be good at what he does but it appears he should be more empathetic and timely with delivering results and also deliver “bad news” in a kinder way as well. :(
