Ive been going here for many years, usually for my Mom. The staff is always warm and welcoming, especially at the front desk. I specifically came here to acknowledge triage nurse Britney, she is always warm and welcoming and very efficient at her job. I was very anxious last week about my first visit and her compassion and friendliness definitely helped ease my nerves. She put my iv in with ease and told me everything she was doing along the way. Mediocre at best. I only stay here for Dr Jones who is compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. Do NOT see Dr Whaley who prioritizes his political ideologies over patient wellbeing and science. Had to switch cancer treatment because I received an approved injection and then was charged $7,000 AFTER PRIVATE INSURANCE. This was for an appt that took 15 minutes and no Dr involvement. No one has done anything to help me resolve this incorrect & inhumane bill for life saving treatment!!! Was denied financial assistance as well. ... read more
