My experience with Dr. Dagnew and his staff are all professional, excellent care for surgical procedures, and Post-OP is great. I will and have recommended this Doctor to other individuals.
He might be a great Dr. But has By Far the absolute poorest office staff I’ve ever experienced ! I literally got better service at the Atlanta V.A.! I had to constantly call and finally show up at his Suwanee office on two different occasions because No One could even return a single phone call. They had absolutely no concern whatsoever! No apologies when confronted about the complete lack of care and follow up.
Hopeless hospital. I had to follow up for everything vigorously. Everytime you go you will be made to wait easily for 1.5 hours.
