GBC has been great to work with so far. Branch Manager Scott Peters his personally been involved with my experience as a customer to ensure it’s a good one. A few hiccups were quickly corrected with great customer service.
Needed to open an account at a local branch, walked in no appointment or anything and Felicia and Afshan were great in getting me all the information I needed along with setting up my business account, personal, and security deposit box. Very personal feel with great service thus far, looking forward to my new relationship with them and continuing business!

I’ve been banking with First Citizens for the past 12 years. Afshan was my go-to person who would even reply to my text messages when she was on vacation. I have not experienced that level of customer service with anyone else in the banking industry. When she moved to a GBA, I decided to move my personal & business accounts to that bank because of her.
