We bought a vehicle from them, by the end of the first week the wheels had locked. I had paid for some “warranty” and figured they would fix it.. turns out I haven’t even been driving this van for longer than a week and is already at the ford dealership being serviced and I’m going to have to come out of pocket for it because the “warranty “ doesn’t cover it! I mean I understand that they couldn’t predict it but is some BS!
I called from Dublin, GA because I couldn't find the car I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. They popped up with a Google search. Nicholas talked me through the car as far as mileage, wear etc. He even dropped it off for inspection at a local shop I chose. John helped us with all of the paperwork.
