I have been living here for for a little over 2 years and the HOA has been raised 4x. It started at $416 then was raised to $420, then $440 and now it has just been raised to $455 starting Jan 1, 2024. No notices are sent out to let residents know about the increases in HOA. Car parts have been stolen from this development on several occasions, garbage is left all over the place, there was a man driving his car at 2am behind our house who also crashed into a street light. The Lifeguard at the pool was in such a deep sleep that his feet were twitching like when your dog is having a dream. He was laying down in a sun chair on his side like he was in his bed at home. This is what $400+ HOA gets you here in Georgetowne!
