I first visited this tax prep from a reccomendation from a friend of mine. I usually prepare my taxes with software from HR Block but this year I had a few things I needed clarification on so I had to bite the bullet and go in and talk to someone. I was surprised at how nice and down to earth this tax preparer was. She was calm, thorough and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or like i was going to be hung out to dry at all.
