My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. The staff here are very patient, respectful and friendly. I have had a few counselors. I would complain but I have really liked each one, and look forward to my sessions. This IS the only clinic I have personally attended but, I have had friends attend other clinics and it has mostly been negative feedback. I would definitely recommend!!
Mr. Thomas is great. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional.
Out of 3 clinics i have visited …Georgetown most definitely is my least favorite! Especially after going to window to pay and the tech said “ you were disapproved on your request” Ok let me explain— I am self pay & have been coming to clinic here about 2 .5 months and every week I pay usually for 3-4 doses , sometimes 5 in advance. Unfortunately I got covid around 12/2/23 which caused COPD exacerbation so I missed 6nites of work with no sick pay! I've tried several different ways in MAT and honestly this place has helped save my life. The staff is wonderful they actually care and try to help you out w you ask for help and they have people who come and spend one on one time with us and provide the information we need to find housing......help w bills.
