My partner and I along with our small dog lived at 475 for a few years. The neighborhood always felt very quiet and safe relative to other places we lived and looked at, and the other residents were friendly and courteous. Any issues we had with the apartment were handled quickly and professionally by maintenance, typically in the same day we alerted them to an issue. The location was perfect for us. When I moved in, the apartment was clean, newly painted, new carpet, and some new upgrades to some of the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. During the years I've lived here, any issues requiring maintenance was taken care of in a very speedy manner. If there would be a delay due to needing to get the correct replacement or other issue, they let me know. The employees are friendly and courteous. I found it a good place to live. I've been a resident for the past year and a half and I couldn't be happier! The initial apartment showing and lease signing was incredibly smooth and accommodating considering I was moving from out of state. Maintenance is super helpful and responsive with the minimal issues I've had with the unit. Highly recommend!
PA Homebase has been of great service. I have two dogs and the home and yard was perfect for us. We lived at one of their rental homes in Williamsport for about a year. Mark is attentive to your needs, communicative, easy going and friendly. Would gladly recommend this home (2223 Boyd Ct) and asking about what other rental properties they have available.
