I highly recommend Georgetown Manor appartments. They are well managed. The appartments are clean, spacious, and have top of the line appliances. Maintenance is responsive and repairs are handled quickly and thoroughly. The property is kept tidy and snow removal is swift. The amenities along with the professional team are well worth the cost of rent.
The apartment I have and renting at this time has been infested with Flying ants! I was awakened last week with flying ants crawling all over my head, pillow and bed approximately 3 am in the morning. Since then have been doing nothing but dealing with flying ants. They have sent pest control in and yesterday, get this, I received the invoice for the pest control for $159.00. Be careful!!!! Alert! Oh and as compensation I asked for the the return of my July rent - they refused! 😡
My partner and I along with our small dog lived at 475 for a few years. The neighborhood always felt very quiet and safe relative to other places we lived and looked at, and the other residents were friendly and courteous. Any issues we had with the apartment were handled quickly and professionally by maintenance, typically in the same day we alerted them to an issue. The location was perfect for us. We could bike or walk into town on the river walk and could walk across the street to the South Williamsport park for dog walk... read more
When I moved in, the apartment was clean, newly painted, new carpet, and some new upgrades to some of the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. During the years I've lived here, any issues requiring maintenance was taken care of in a very speedy manner. If there would be a delay due to needing to get the correct replacement or other issue, they let me know. The employees are friendly and courteous. I found it a good place to live. It's away from noisy traffic, but still close enough to Williamsport for easy shopping and other needs... read more
