Terrible customer service. Older asian lady as a manager with no social skills and language barrier. Owner is an elderly male who seems extremely picky and peculiar about things. I applied and got accepted with income 4x rent and excellent credit. Upon day of agreed signing the contract and turning in the deposit. The owner rejected us for saying we are of great risk to him. ??? It can't be the income or credit, was it a racial decision? Other tenants complain of being checked on and strict rules. Well I came with the intention to move in. I came in and asked if i could just come see the apartment. The Vietnamese lady in the renter’s office just started asking for my credit score and job. When I said I was scheduled to start working soon and had a good credit score, she said no, I must have a job to rent. The whole exchange didn’t even last 5 minutes, and I never got the chance to see the apartment. Keep in mind, I just came to see the place.
