Bought a car from here and they left the lien on it from previous owner. Couldn't get my insurance payout because of this and had to pay for a rental vehicle myself while I waited for the dealership to provide me with the appropriate paperwork needed for insurance. Was offered a rental from which id have to pay for myself at a worse rate than what my insurance provided. I was looking everywhere for a Kia K4 Hatchback, I tried a couple locations and it wasn’t until I talked to Frank from this location. He was willing to look everywhere for this car. He found me a couple of options pretty quickly. I ended up picking up my brand new car with in 3 days. Made the whole process super easy. I have been driving the car now for a month, me and the girlfriend loved it. So thank you Frank.
I am not writing this review because of the service department. I am writing it because of the way management handled a legitimate customer concern. The manager's response was so disappointing that it is the sole reason I will never return to Kia Georgetown. Not only did he take over a month to respond which is totally unacceptable, his poor customer service skills is why I give a 1 star rating..pity there is no zero rating.
