Inquired with Adrian about a vehicle they had for sale, Adrian was very accompanying and straight forward. Set up an appointment to come see it and Cam assisted my wife and I when we arrived. I am writing this as a formal complaint regarding my experience with Georgetown Kia after financing a 2019 Audi A5 from them. I was assured at the time of purchase that the vehicle was road-safe and had passed their certified safety inspection. That assurance quickly proved false. Just five days after taking possession of the vehicle, the heat shield fell off, prompting me to have the car inspected by my personal mechanic.
