UPDATE - when we bought the vehicle, the luggage racks were in the back of the car. They were missing on delivery and we called when we realized it. Harry spoke with us once, and hasn't returned calls since - so not a great follow-up experience. ----- Great experience with Harry and Andrew. Professional, not pushy. I recently visited this car dealership to check out a vehicle, and I had a great experience. Harry, the salesperson, was very helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and made the process smooth. The manager, Louis, was also very good and welcoming. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this dealership to others.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Georgetown Kia, specifically regarding an extended warranty that was misrepresented at the time of sale. When purchasing my vehicle, Andrew Whale (finance department) verbally told me the extended warranty was transferable. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to purchase it. Recently traded in our vehicle for one of their pre owned SUVs. Worked with Ian Raine and the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. We were coming from a distance, and were able to arrange everything prior to our picking up the vehicle.
