I recently bought a used Kia Sorento from Rob Tasi and his Shady staff. On the day I picked up the car I noticed the AC was not working. After weeks and weeks of back and forth . All the could get out of them was an AC diagnostic and its not part of the safety. It is part of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealer Act ( failure to disclose) which they are aware of. OMVIC and Kia Canada were also complicit.
