Front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude, continuously hung up the phone, and were not willing to hear the nature of the call. This does not reflect well on the establishment or the doctor.

My father is a long time patient of Dr. Martin. He was in the office this morning for a scheduled appointment. He had a problem with his electric scooter, and ended up falling off the scooter and hitting the ground. The nurse pictured in the photo rushed over immediately, sat on the ground, and cradled my Father's head on her lap. They notified the EMS people to help get him up and into a wheelchair. I can not say enough to justify how great Dr. Craig Martin is. He is awesome. My wife an I are in our mid to late 50s and have been going to Dr. Martin since we moved to the area eight years ago. He is always very thorough in his exams with plenty of questions and he listens to your concerns and answers all questions you may have. He is not a two minute in in out doctor. Went to Dr. Martin for about 10 years before we recently moved. He was always patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He and his staff were always kind and considerate and readily available to answer questions. They were expedient in following up on testing and other referred services. I very much recommend him as a primary physician/internist.
