Clearly my review got deleted, but I’ll never forget when I got a brand new battery from this place, and it died days later. Took my car to Georgetown Toyota, and lo and behold the battery they gave me was not brand new and actually old!
I got my car serviced here twice and both times something else failed on the car a few days later. The first time I chalked it up to coincidence. The second time I said fool me twice shame on me. It's a nice scam they have going. Very hard to detect and even harder to prove. Avoid this place if possible.
I brought my vehicle for a second opinion on the work needed on my brakes. Georgetown Import said nothing needed to be done for a year. The first garage quoted me over $2,000 to do the work. I was not charged for the second opinion. If you're looking for an honest garage, look no further.
They have great customer service and it doesn't feel like they are trying to rip you off or upsell you. It seems like they truly care about their customers. I definitely recommend this place!
