My experience at Georgetown Emergency was completely unacceptable. The staff were incredibly slow and made patients wait for hours while people sat in pain with little communication. It gave the impression that staff were more interested in chatting than providing timely care. This level of service is unacceptable for an emergency department. Patients deserve prompt care, professionalism, and respect—not hours of unnecessary suffering.
Waited 8 hours And in the end doctor said they don’t have Diagnostic department open we need to come back tomorrow morning. If person is in extreme pain at least just do proper treatment or diagnosis
terrible service, i was unable to digest anything from 2 days because of pregnancy they send me in the room at 8.30 afterthat i was calling for assistance bcz my nausea gets worst but nobody take care of mine. nurse come at 10pm and said there are 2 patients ahead me still i waited for 3.5hours more to see the doctor . so don’t go there
Too much waiting,
Dont even think of bringing your loved one's here. People keep crying in waiting area begging for help and are left unattended for 5 hours. They keep passing by you as if none of that matters to them. Going to emergency for immediate assistance and then forced to wait for 5 plus of hours is a litereal joke. I hope they do the same if one of their kids is crying in front of them. Pathetic
