Dont even think of bringing your loved one's here. People keep crying in waiting area begging for help and are left unattended for 5 hours. They keep passing by you as if none of that matters to them. Going to emergency for immediate assistance and then forced to wait for 5 plus of hours is a litereal joke. I hope they do the same if one of their kids is crying in front of them. Pathetic
If you value your life, do not step foot in this ER. This place is an absolute failure. Patients needing immediate medical attention were left waiting 6 hours outside and another 3 hours inside, while ER staff sat around chatting and laughing. This is not just incompetence — it is dangerous negligence. A complete disgrace. Shame on everyone responsible.
Worst worst than any emergency. After 2 hour waiting in room ,Nurse refused to give any pain medication and when I ask how long for doctor, she rudely said - everybody waiting. It’s a hell. Suffered in pain for 6 hours.
Worst experience. Staff are so rude. Long waiting time. We wait 6 hours Saturday night 12am. There is no patience in front of us. But they don’t care When I asked what’s the waiting time they said we don’t know.
I'll be honest. I was hesitant to come here based on the reviews but in my case, it was opposite. Our experience is excellent starting from triaging, registration, and diagnosis (CT scan), and the consultation with the ER doctor. Staff are approachable and amicable given the pressure they undergo with limited resources and an increasing population. Based on the 6 hrs we were there I felt they are doing their best given the situation resources they have.
