Absolutely terrible experience! I waited over 8 hours and still wasn’t properly checked by anyone. The nurses were more focused on their phones than on the patients who clearly needed help. No updates, no urgency, no care — just complete neglect. This is a hospital, not a waiting room where people are ignored! The lack of professionalism and compassion is shocking. I will never come back here and I strongly warn others to think twice before coming to this place
My son was seen today at ER. From the minute we checked in to when we left, we both we treated with the upmost care and consideration. The nurses, admin, x-ray tech and doctor were incredibly patient and kind to both of us. We are very grateful for the care my son received today.
If I could leave a 0 review I would. I went for a pregnancy ultrasound about a month ago, and I left the place scared and anxious. The person barely showed us our baby, like 1 minute and that was it. Couldn’t tell us if the baby was okay, the right due date, didn’t show heartbeat or anything. Me and my husband left thinking that something was not okay with the baby. These 5 stars are for Dr. Engmann in the ER. She is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. She pushed for needed tests and did an appropriate assessment. She pieced together a very serious matter for me, while being of support to myself and my family. Everything you could ask for when you’re scared and in the ER! Can’t thank her enough!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE ER The nurses in ER lack bedside manners. I've never felt so uncomfortable. I feel like management needs to have more training or refresher training for the nurses in ER on proper bedside manners and also be sensitive to people from other cultures.
