My first impression of the Georgetown Foot Clinic was fantastic all because of the Administrative Assistant Heather. She is outstanding. Heather managed to get my an appointment right away. She is warm, friendly and super organized. Heather does an amazing job of running the Clinic. My first consultation with Dr. Pooja Gogna was wonderful. I went to the clinic because my feet were destroyed. I work outside on really heavy boots. My feet were cracking open on both of my heels and my big toe. It was o painful that I could barely walk. Pooja had them completely fixed after 2 appointments. I could not have been more surprised and happy with the results.
Pooja was amazing! I had my ingrown nail removed by her and it was smooth sailing from start to finish. I’ve had bad experiences with doctors and my feet in the past so I was really nervous but she made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. The actual procedure was over in a matter of minutes! I was pretty scared at the start but she talked me thru it and kept my mind off of it. It defintely didn’t hurt as bad as my brain was telling me it would haha. Dr. Elyssa Rudolph is amazing! Made me feel comfortable. She was very pleasant and informative. She took her time, I never felt rushed. Overall a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a podiatrist.
