Our daughter built her own teardrop trailer and at the last minute crunch time realized she had the wrong ball size for the hitch. Canadian Tire sold me the new ball but said they didn't have the tool to change it. I went to Georgetown Draw-Tite at Crown and they swapped them out right away. Thank you!
Called them left a message, waited a day never heard back. Drove over went in and talked to them about what trailer hitch I would need and pricing. He said he would look into the correct one that fit. That was over 3 weeks ago still no call.
Very happy with the trailer hitch they put on my daughter's car. Great price and job was done right. I would recommend this place to everyone.
