This is the most unprofessional, juvenile behaving, public utility company on the planet. The field technicians are rude to the homeowners, and are careless (if not deliberate) in spraying your property with blue paint; the office receptionist will speak to you in a condescending tone and refuse to give you employees names for further escalation, and they joke amongst themselves that your the problem while having no intention to operate thid utility in a professional, accountable manner. This place needs to have its entire board and management replaced. Water prices are astronomical, especially considering we are so close to the source. 8$ charge to pay over the phone with a card. Vote these people out!
Horrible customer service at this location. I’m utterly shocked that the manager Lisa is allowed to treat people with such nastiness and disrespect.
