This place needs to have its entire board and management replaced. Water prices are astronomical, especially considering we are so close to the source. 8$ charge to pay over the phone with a card. Vote these people out!
Horrible customer service at this location. I’m utterly shocked that the manager Lisa is allowed to treat people with such nastiness and disrespect.
Just wanted to give a shout out to one of your technicians Brian Rule. Brian came out a week or so ago and showed me the hair roots in my septic and how to get rid of them. He also mentioned a 'D' valve that should be checked out to see if it's current. After I had my lot weedeatted I found the valve and called Brian. He was in the neighborhood and stopped by and gave me the OK. What an efficient employee, and pleasant as well. Thank you Brian
