I’ve been going to this office for 20 years. I love it. The staff is so wonderful & friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Just completed my first cleaning and I must tell you, it was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. And I’m 71 yrs old! They truly care about your comfort and are passionate about your dental health. I have health issues that impact my gums and a cleaning is usually an extremely painful experience. The clinician was throughly aware of my conditions and previous experiences from my chart and made sure I had a positive and pain free visit. I highly recommend this practice.
I went here about 9 years ago and the cleaning service itself was fine. However, I switched to my wife’s insurance so stopped going. Apparently I overpaid a bill by close to $100 and was never told about it. Fast forward to recently, I have a new insurance and called ahead of time to confirm coverage. I was informed I would owe a “small amount” as they participated with my coverage. I went to Georgetown Professionals with my family for about 10 years when I was informed they would no longer honor my Delta Dental insurance. Upon inquiry, I found their reasoning to be a bit cryptic. Their reimbursement wasn’t enough, but they insisted I could stay and bill Delta Dental myself? Excuse me? I found that suggestion to be a bit demeaning and disrespectful only because it’s their job to bill insurance.
