They were clear about addressing yearly limits of the Canadian Care Dental Plan, and postponing my non-urgent appointments until the insurance plan renews. If in doubt, ask, and you can adjust your service and fees accordingly. In this case, I had a specific issue to check, instead of a general checkup, and after visual examination, no X-ray was needed, so they only charged me for a "Specific Exam".
Staff here are so friendly, helpful and kind. Facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Prompt in communication and processing my claim. Kept me entertained during my cleaning with TV on ceiling! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new dental team!
