Came in with very little knowledge and Paul was so patient and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better bike buying experience. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy, even after all of the time he spent with me. The other employees were also very friendly and helpful. Had a very tricky issue with my bike. They had never dealt with the brand i brought to them. They worked tirelessly and kept me informed the entire time. Very comforting to have an ally when you have a tough issue. Add to that a great and friendly team and you got a perfect bike shop. Highly recommended.
