Terrible experience with this dealership. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance, was rescheduled at the last minute, and after finally dropping off my Hummer EV, it sat for five days without even going into the shop. I had to pay for my own rental because no courtesy vehicle was provided. Poor communication, broken promises, and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this dealership.
I came with intent to buy but the vehicle was not essentially the fit for me. But I want to express my gratitude to Elicia in sales she was very tenative and pleasure to deal with. They offered a very solid trade value for my car!. Unfortunately we did not move forward with a vehicle. But I appreciate the transparency and hospitality always a positive here. Cheers
