The staff is always nice and the facility Is always clean
Excellent staff
In my experience, this veterinary clinic seems far more focused on money than on genuinely caring for the animals and their owners. They present themselves as compassionate and understanding, but I’ve witnessed situations where upselling and financial concerns appeared to take priority. I personally witnessed a receptionist speaking very disrespectfully about clients’ financial situations, implying that if someone couldn’t afford the cost, they shouldn’t be bringing their animal in. That left a very negative impression on me... read more
Very kind and professional. I brought three animals of mine there in one day. My oldest dog received end of life care and euthanasia. It’s never easy, but the staff made it as caring of a process as possible. My other two animals were weighed and given flea medication. And also, my one dog doesn’t care about anything, and used the bathroom in one of the patient rooms. The staff made no big deal about it , and cleaned it themselves, before I could, without hesitating. Price has always been what stopped me from going to a vet.... read more
My regular vet couldn't get my cat in for an emergency, but Georgetown did. Ultimately we had to put our cat down. During the process, they were caring and patient and gave my daughter and me as much time as we needed. It was a stressful day, but they took care of our pet and us being empathetic, caring and explained very well what was going on. From this one visit, I will be bringing all my animals here in the future.
