Took my Altima in for a recall. This dealership contacted me several times to get this service done, but I was hesitant due to tight schedules. I finally made some time to have the service performed - giving myself a little over an hour for a simple hood latch to be replaced. Over two hours later, I was still waiting for them to call me out to the vehicle. I drive past a much closer Nissan dealership in my area to go this this location. The staff, for several years now, have always treated me extremely well and been willing to work with me if/when needed. They have helped keep my 2011 Altima in great condition without making me feel like they are more interested in upselling me as much as just taking care of both my vehicle AND me. So long as staffers such as Eddie are working there, I will continue to take my car there.

I’ve been purchasing cars from this dealership since 2012 and never a bad experience. My most recent purchase was a 2021 Nissan Murano which is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned.

I LOVE Georgesville Nissan’s service department. They have been taking care of me for two years now, and they never disappoint! From brakes, to air filters, to removing stickers for me, They do it and they do it well. They even throw coupons my way when I need it.
