Poor customer service. Booked an appointment to view a vehicle. When I arrived vehicle was not in the condition the photos indicated. It was very dirty inside. After the test drive Patrick said he had dropped it off to be valeted and would arrange for me to see it once it was clean, a few days. He would also let me have a px price. After a couple of days I messaged for an update and was told Patrick was off sick and they had sold the vehicle to someone else. Very poor.
After having a terrible time and experience with Motor Range. I went to Georgesons knowsley. I purchased a Mercedes glc, which is beautiful. Charlie made sure that my experience was seemless. Customer Service was great and was kept updated at all times. Brilliant experience compared to what I received at Motor range. Thanks Charlie x

We recently bought our new car at Georgesons and we are delighted with our purchase and the service we received. Charlie was a delightful young man who showed us the car we had seen online and took us out for a test drive, he answered our questions and dealt with us respectfully in a non pushy manner. We decided it was the car for us and returned a few days later to complete the purchase and drive it away again managed by Charlie who made sure we were happy with our buy. Would happily deal with them again.
