I was not impressed with the professionalism of the guys in the office. Rude and talkative about the other employees.
"BYOTires" Tech: Rich was excellent! If you want a tire change where you don't need to worry about your Expensive Aluminum wheels being scratched then this is the place. Had a set of 4 Toyo's installed, balanced (inside stick on weights) and aligned with excellent care back in 2009. Toyo's were great tires but only 25K on a "V" rated tire and they needed replacement. Today 7/7/2011 I had a set of 4 Sumi's installed , balanced (inside stick on weights) and a 4 wheel alignment at the exact same price back in 09! Talk about qua... read more
