I called 2 days ago.. they took all my info.. called back yesterday to see when they were coming was told today.. took off work.. waited all day. Called at 3:30 when I had not heard anything left a message asked to be called back to see if they were still coming. It is 10:33pm.. I haven’t gotten a call back yet and never showed up. I know everyone has a phone. A call would have been nice and at least I could have worked part of a day! Very poor customer service! Don’t recommend at all!
They scheduled an appt., called back to schedule it for the next day and never showed up or called... lost 4 hours ..... pathetic
Do not use George's TV for repairs. Their service man JOSH is non professional and will damage your appliances and George Jr could care less. Look at the scratches that JOSH in my oven. I sent George Jr pictures yesterday and he didn't even bother calling me back! Terrible service!
