George did an excellent job when my car got scraped by an NRMA insured driver. George had an outstanding talent to communicate with NRMA call centre staff in Philippines to get things moving. He was able to arrange a good replacement car and went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure my car was returned in a fantastic condition.
George is so, so great. Can’t thank him and his team enough
