George was quick to quote and carry out repairs. The work was high quality and they washed and vaccumed my car which was a really nice touch. The receptionist, telma was fairly good, although the team seemed to forget that a revised quote needed to be sent to me and so I potentially could have received my car sooner.
George did an excellent job when my car got scraped by an NRMA insured driver. George had an outstanding talent to communicate with NRMA call centre staff in Philippines to get things moving. He was able to arrange a good replacement car and went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure my car was returned in a fantastic condition.
George is so, so great. Can’t thank him and his team enough
