The igniter for our gas oven failed. Brett came on Saturday and diagnosed the problem. The part needed to be replaced, so he picked up a replacement igniter on Monday and installed it before lunch on Tuesday. Brett and Jeremy (his son) diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly, and Brett did the replacement installation Tuesday in a very short time frame (while I ate my lunch and watched). After we decided not to get our dishwasher repaired, the repair guy cashed our check in his personal account and we tried pursuing the manager to get our money back - to no avail. Very frustrating. Shady company.
OK, I am happy. There are really 3 criteria you can use to judge an appliance repair service, on time, professional, and finished the job. These guys did all 3 in no time. My fridge stopped working, and they were able to set an appointment a few hours after I called them. They were on time (early even), and with a 2 man crew had the job done in about an hour. I have no idea how much the part they replaced cost, but the total for the job was reasonable, so I will even give them a good grade on cost.
SO FAST!!!!! My refrigerator had suddenly stopped working in a matter of overnight. I didn't know what to do. I called my mom and she said that she used this company a few times before from a referral from her coworker. So I contacted Georges Services and they were very kind in trying to fit me in the day I called. I figured I could trust them since my mom liked them, and she is hard to please.... believe me.... lol. They were already booked but they were able to get to me on a Saturday. Last night I woke up to a strange sound coming from my ceiling. Come to find out my air conditioner was making the noise and I didn't know why. It was still cooling, but it definitely wasn't normal. So I called the 972 number and got a voicemail.
