Great place to get all your questions answered when you have medical equipment questions.
Waiting over a month for lift chair repair. All parts are in but now it is whenever they can schedule. They have their money and I have to without my chair
Numerous scripts sent in February 2023 by doctor for medical equipment for son only to get wrong equipment we are stuck with and can’t use! Power wheelchair to be one of them after being promised by Zach a lift to carry it on car would be no problem! 6 months later and can’t get lift carrier and can’t use power chair to transport son even to his multiple doctors! Much less him be able to have a life outside of the home. Received an electric bath chair in box that is wrong and can’t use it! Stuck with it as well! Have called ... read more
