Horrible . I was told my water heater was old but they could get the parts to make it operate for awhile longer. After that, it lasted two days. My husband left a message , they never let us know they were going to our house to look at it , let themselves in my house as no one was home except my teen kids and started “working” on it. $1,000 dollars of my money for him to tell me he can’t repair it and I need a new water heater. Very professional service.
These guys are terrible. Unknowledgeable and incompetent at their job. Had no idea how to fix a minor leak in one of my pipes and then proceeded to charge full price as if they did anything to help solve the problem. I’d be very surprised if they actually had a plumbing license/credentials.
They are wonderful, dependable and reasonable.
