Purchased a Nova Dragon walker today for my 80 year old mother with mobility challenge. Kaylin was courteous, kind, helpful, knowledgeable of product, patient, and professional. Without getting into the specifics, I can state unequivocally that Katlin and management cared more about my mom, what was in her best interest, over a sale (profits).
I had a great experience at George’s Pharmacy & Medical Equipment, thanks to Paige and Kalyn. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Although I was directed to voicemail when I tried to call the '5 Other' line, I had a very pleasant and professional in-store experience. The sales associate, Kalyn, was warm and friendly, explained each step clearly, measured me carefully, and knew her stock and products. I was pleasantly surprised at the price (cheaper than Walgreens) and quality. (I did not use insurance.)
