Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We had a heat pump system installed Nov 2024. They no-showed twice before finally showing up at 1PM--and to no surprise they did not finish that day. Their office never picks up the phone or responds to email so I was left waiting for their install team all day on multiple occasions. Two men, neither of which spoke good English enough to thoroughly communicate with me showed up.
