I drove from Roseburg Or to see my Mom in Sonora, ca. She is now in hospice care. I had a concern about my battery. 2018 chevy 1/2 ton pick up. Only 34,00 miles on it. I was told the battery was bad. They were soooo charming. Spent $200 + for a new battery. The entire 10 hr drive home - the new battery behaved the very same way as the old battery !!!! These guys are good a deception. Empathized with my sadness about my Mom and screwed me over with “you need a new battery “ Be ware !!!!!
Honesty, to begin with. We started bringing our vehicles to George's Auto while George was still working and never had a problem with the workmanship and honesty. Once George became unavailable, the honesty went down the tubes. We had John look at and determine what was wrong with my sister's Subaru, even suggesting the head gasket might be bad- John claimed it was the water pump, radiator, thermostat, etc...never once checking the head. RecommendedGreat customer service, they are the only ones I can trust to fix my vehicles without over charging me, they are truthful about what is going on with my car if something should be replaced now or down the road.
I just got my Durango back from George's due to a testy crank sensor. Goerge's installed a new one in March and took complete responsibility for it today. Yeah! Great and friendly customer service too. I will always use George's!
