Very pleasant experience with windshield replacements post hailstorm. The staff is nice and efficient as well as the pricing is quite reasonable compared to other vendors in the town.
After getting 2 nasty rock chips, I was looking forward to having it repaired by someone reputable in town. The reviews look amazing - the service is ridiculous. I called and was told to come in the same day around 4:30. I got off work early, dropped my son off at his grandparents, and rushed over only to be told to wait…. and wait.. and wait. “The guys went to get a part and they’re stuck in traffic”.. you mean the SAME traffic I was stuck in but I managed to get over?
