Don't bother trying to communicate with these clowns online. They invite online inquiries but their only response is "bring it in." Maybe they think they're doctors instead of body shop techs. I found it impossible to get even a rough estimate of what work costs from them. Makes it hard to comparison shop. Numerous emails ignored. Poor communication skills. Arrogant. Stay away.
I recently had them work on my Tesla, after a fender bender, and I was very happy with the overall experience with them. The process was very smooth - Peter was a huge help to me. He helped navigate me through the insurance and claim process and kept me informed the whole way. When I got my car back, the cleaning and detailing process was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of work on their cars. They were terrific!
I could not recommend George & Ken’s more. I was dealing with a super stressful insurance situation and Dan and Billy were so supportive helping me navigate it. It really felt like they were on my side in every way. My car has never looked better & I’m so grateful for everyone there!!
