They made my appointment a year in advance and I confirmed every 3 months or so, out of the blue when my thyroid medication was denied without any notice I called them and asked me to schedule an appointment, given the already schedule on the following day btw, was not in their system. The next available was 3 months out and didn't wanted to approve my prescription which is vital for me. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this to get Dr. Argoud's attention and that of the Sharp community. My daughter was a patient of Dr. Argoud, and while we have no issues with the doctor, dealing with the office staff has been an absolute nightmare. My daughter, who now lives out of state, has been trying to transfer her medical records to her new endocrinologist for several months. Terrible office! No one ever answers phone and when they do, they take a message and never call you back!! What kind of staff do you have working here?!
