Contacted them in February 2022 to repair my Viking refrigerator that was having trouble holding temperature in the freezer. It’s now May 2023 and the issue has still not been resolved. It’s impossible to get updates or communication from anyone at this company. Their M-F business hours are listed as 8:30am - 4:00pm but they purposefully don’t answer the phone until 10:30 in the morning. They also shut their phones off after 3:00.
