The answering service is horrible. You always get a busy signal. You can never get anybody on the phone and they’re horrible about calling patients back. We’ve been waiting over a week for somebody to call us back because my husband needs the doctor to approve a medicine that he prescribed himself and said he really needed it for his heart and yet we can’t get one person from that office to return our call in six days that’s ridiculous. Dr Antoun saved my husbands life twice. He knew what was happening to him and fixed it. We trust him completely and his nurse Brittney is kind and caring
Extremely unprofessional Did not take any of the patients concerns into consideration. Told her that her health was her problem and he wouldn't even run test due to her unability to take certain medication. He very unprofessionally wrote in the visit notes that her symptoms was psychological and that her daughter who is her only advocate is to fixated on her health. If you can not be compassionate and listen to your patient maybe you should not be a doctor. You are a doctor we should not have to beg you to do your job as one... read more
