I was having shuddering, delayed shifting issues with a Ford Escape. I expected a major repair of the transmission and/or torque converter. John recommended a transmission flush and fresh fluid. The problems disappeared. I got a loaner while the work was performed. I recommend them.
They were AMAZING! My son and I were traveling home when our check engine light came on flashing. They got us in right away no questions asked, and got us back on the road right away so we could get home safely! Highly recommend! Their customer service was also incredible which is a win by itself!! Thank you so so so much!!!
I had a tire issue while traveling and they took me in right away, fixed the problem, and it was a very positive experience. Thank you for keeping me rolling!
