Nothing. We have neighbors who smoke. Dogs, cats, and rats crap everywhere. People speeding through the complex. The management seems to pick and choose who get violations. The smoke has taken away our quality of life. My daughter has asthma and we have to shut the windows at night since the neighbors smoke pot and cigarettes outside.
